Australian active clay's are the result of age-old volcanic activity, rich in valuable minerals. They draw out toxins like a magnet - chemicals that have been absorbed into the top layers of your skin through exposure to everyday pollution. Clay masks stimulate circulation, remove dead skin cells, absorb excess oil and other impurities, and generally improve skin colour and tone, depending on the type of clay used. When a mask is applied, warmth is created beneath the mask: the skin begins to sweat and as a result toxins, waste products and dirt are discharged, cleansing the pores.
Algae: Spirulina is a blue - green algae grown in fresh and brackish inland waters, forming spiral filaments or chains that led to its descriptive name. Spirulina is 60% all-vegetable protein, rich in beta carotene, iron, vitamin B-12 and the rare essential fatty acid, GLA.
Activated coconut charcoal: Its super absorbency, plus antibacterial properties, makes activated charcoal an ideal ingredient for oily and acne prone skin types. It draws out impurities, oils, dirt and bacteria its also helps heal pimples, and prevent further breakouts.
Bentonite clay: Is a mineral rich clay that heals and regenerates the skin while drawing out toxins and impurities without drying the skin.
Australian Olive green clay: Olive Green Australian Clay is the strongest of all clay's and is best for detoxification, acne prone and oily skin. The minerals in the clay help to rebalance oil flow, strengthen skin, and act as an aid for repairing scars
